Large bedroom for rent in a great neighborhood located about mins from downtown Richmond. Room has one large closet, 2 windows with curtains and blinds. Room has been freshly painted (walls and ceiling). Bathroom down the hall would be mainly yours with the need to share the toilet occasionally as 2 kids live in the home (the shower is exclusive to the renter - that would not be shared with anyone). Back door entrance. Kitchen is right next to the room, so if you need to have quiet in the early mornings that would be tricky as I have to kids who need to get ready for school in the AM (if that is not an issue than great!). Laundry room is on the second floor. Large backyard with a deck. 2 fire pits for use. Extra storage is available in the attic for an additional cost. 1 large breed dog in the home who has her own space that she is kept in when the family is away. One indoor/outdoor cat. Both pets are extremely good natured, socialized, and house broken. Some furniture is available for use, but I am not able to provide a bed. Exercise room off kitchen is also available for use (contains elliptical, free weights, mats, etc).
