I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate to sublease a PRIVATE ROOM + SHARED BATHROOMS in my beautiful, spacious -bath apartment on the west edge of Koreatown, available starting October 1st.

(Photos of the bedroom show it furnished, but it will be empty when you move in.)

* Newer building (built in ) with secure key fob entry
* Penthouse-style unit with elevator access directly into the living room
* Hardwood floors, modern layout, and a cozy bar area
* There are 3 bathrooms total.
➡️1 Private Bathroom (This is my personal bathroom inside my master bedroom).
➡️2 Shared Bathrooms in the hallway. (Shared hallway bathrooms shown in photos. 1 is a full bathroom with shower/tub. The other is a half bathroom).

Usually not an issue. The surrounding streets have free parking. If you prefer, there's also permitted residential parking close by, which you can apply through the city for a permit.
