* Rent is competitive for the area, based on amount of people in the house (message for exact details).
* Utilities are split among housemates.
* Lease terms can be flexible but, ideally available till the end of March
* Move in date as soon as October
* You will be required to fill out your addition to the lease and undergo a background and credit check for approval with the home owner.
