Looking for Lease Takeover.

I am looking to have someone take over my current lease. Which ends on May . In total it is a bathroom home sq ft. You will have 1 bedroom to yourself and a bathroom shared with 1 other person. There are 4 others living in the home which is why rent comes to about $ with utilities. All 4 of these roommates go to school at the college UNC.
