Lease Takeover (Starting December)

Description

Hi all, just wanted to put a feeler out for anyone looking for a room to rent starting in December. I’ll be leaving the islands around then and would be leaving a room open in a bath apt I share with my roommate.

Since info:
-I’m early twenties female and my roommate is mid twenties female (so ladies only please)
-rent is split and about $ including utilities
-very close to UH, Waikiki, Ala Moana
-I am willing to leave it furnished if you’re willing to pay a bit extra
-move in costs would be rent+security deposit
