Hi, we are Charles and Heather. We are something professionals that work from home and care for an elderly family . We are looking to rent out a private upstairs room, fully furnished with en-suite bath, dual-reach in closet, and a storage area off the room (). You also have access to a workout area, infrared sauna and a theater room that has a mini-fridge for your use and automatic coffee/espresso machine. You have full use of kitchen, laundry, etc and a full backyard with multiple sitting areas, BBQ kitchen, ponds, etc. We have two internet systems (cable and fiber for your use). Neighborhood is very quiet. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available immediately.
