Master Bedroom w/Private Bath

Hi, my name is Shannon. I am looking for a roommate asap. I'm a forty year old single mother. My son is thirteen and he is here fifty% of the time. I also have a small chihuahua. Your room would be the master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet. The master bath has two sinks, a glass shower, and separate giant bathtub. I don't care if you are a male or female I am just looking for someone that is gainfully employed, very responsible, and isn't a partier who has people over a lot. It is imperative that my new roommate not be an alcoholic or drug addict. I would allow another small or medium dog but no other animals as I am allergic to cats. Since I have a child you would have to submit to a background check. I live in Vora at Mission Valley, you can look it up online. It is a luxury apartment complex with a ton of amenities. I don't have a picture of the master bedroom but I can send you a floor plan or you can come by and look at a vacant unit the same exact size. This place has pools with cabanas, clubhouses, guest lounges, business centers, outdoor bbqs, outdoor fire pits and tvs, screening rooms (like small movie theater), gyms, yoga rooms, a dog park, dog washing stations, parking garages, and a coffee shop.
