Quiet Room by the Beach

Description

This is a nice-sized semi-private, particularly furnished second bedroom in my HighRise Condo located on A1A in Pompano Beach. A private bathroom comes with the room as does everything else: utilities-cable-internet-use of pool and Gym,as well as garage parking.
If interested you would stay here for 3 days to evaluate compatibility. Afterwards you would pay the building management a $: non refundable deposit for background check and review by the building association. Approval could take several weeks. Once approved you would pay the owner (Me) $- rent and monthly thereafter .
Prefer no pets but small ESA dog is ok
