Room Available Starting Oct in North Hollywood closer to the Burbank side.

Current Rent is $+ bills for your share but please be aware the price may increase at the start of the year at our landlords discretion. We are rent controlled though so increases are capped.

Shared home with me and my dog Orion.

The house:
- you will have a private bedroom but we will share a bathroom
- we have a large kitchen, dining room, and living room
- your room is shown in the attached photos, but all I have right now is the photo from the original listing with the yellow curtanain. All other photos are recent. I’m working on getting additional photos.

Looking for:
- Women only because my dog does better with women but open to discussion. I’m lgbtqia+ friendly
- ideally someone in their s
- Someone really great with dogs because Orion will take some time to warm up.
- someone long term
- someone without pets. Orion is a solo dog and i would love to say yes but she doesnt agree lol
- someone who pays on time and is respectful
- someone willing to do their share of cleaning or we can discuss hiring for regular cleaning. I have a Roomba that goes off, but keeping on top of other chores is important too.

- I work from home but enjoy getting out when I can (Orion has medical issues so my time out is dependent upon her)
- I’m happy to be social but also really enjoy my quiet time in my room.
- I’m respectful but laid back
- creative and love new hobbies
