hello! i’m kaliyah 🤭 and me and my other roommate are looking for someone to take the master bedroom and join our fun little space.
Some things to know about us is we’re a queer friendly household! we also have two cats calypso and chia and we make sure to take good
of them and that they are only our responsibility.

Location:
- we live in the heart of orange just a couple of blocks away from old towne.
- min away from Cal State Fullerton
- Close to Santa Ana, Irvine, and Tustin

Move-in Dates:
Earliest October 1st latest November 1st

Bedroom / Rent Details:
- You would have your own master bedroom that comes with:
• Two closets both with mirror doors
• A private bathroom
• Plenty of sunlight from the two windows
• Carpeted floor
• Wood bathroom floor
• Your own parking spot and storage space (with a clicker)
• Rent is due at the beginning of each month ($) not including utilities (~$)

About us:
-Kaliyah
• Finishing my last semester at CSUF and works as an ABA Therapist! I love karaoke, dancing, rock climbing, cycling, and going out having a nice cocktail. Diverse queen! I am filipino and black, and identify as bisexual.

- Motti (uses they/them pronouns)
• Currently works full time as calibration technician and also went to CSUF for chemistry. Loves to bake/cook, rock climb, and go out dancing, and has a girlfriend who stays overnight around 2 times a week. Motti is non-binary and Jewish.

We have monthly deep cleans where we rotate each month to keep the apartment nice and tidy. For a weekly basis we each clean after our selves keep public spaces open.
