Hi! I'm looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful roommate to share a townhouse in Binghamton, NY. The unit has everything I love: a backyard w/ patio, fire-pit, garden, in-unit washer/dryer, and easy access to downtown.
I have two very sweet cats, so it's important that you're pet-friendly. No additional animals. I keep the apartment tidy and would like to live with someone who values a clean, comfortable space as much as I do.
Your room is upstairs with a small closet & additional space for dressers, hanging closets, and a king/queen bed. There is currently a queen futon bed in the room but can remove this if you do not need it.
I'm looking for someone reliable, considerate, and ideally long-term. No smoking, please.
