Two unfurnished rooms for rent

I’m a year old single mom with two girls ages . My 5 year old is with me % of the time. I’m looking for another single mom, student, or one that doesn’t mind kids to share my home with. I live in Heritage lakes;a beautiful cozy neighborhood. It’s quiet and has multiple parks, an Olympic size pool, a lake for paddle boat and fishing , a splash park and is close to schools. I have 2 rooms for rent $ each or for both. $. There is a loft which could be used for your living room and a bathroom with dual sinks. The house is large so there is plenty of privacy. There is full access to laundry room and kitchen and you get one garage space for storage. I’m laid back but need a clean roomie. I do like to drink socially sometimes on the weekend by the fire 🔥 🎶 Cannabis outside is fine. Drama free zone is a must. No overnight male guests as I have young girls. We’re an active family. My girls play sports and I run, bike and swim and go the gym.
