Room for rent

Hi, my name is Rose.

My husband and I are renting a single room in our home. The room is in Lynnwood. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on September 2.

Its the 2nd largest bedroom in the house, with a bathroom close by that you'll have to yourself. Room comes with a couch, desk, mini fridge, and a mattress if you'd like.

We're pretty laid back and our cats have free roam of the house, if you want them in your room great, if not thats cool too. We also have a friendly dog but he stays by mom lol.
