Bought a townhouse in June and I’m looking to rent out one of the upstairs spare bedrooms.

It’s a bed 2 bath house, so the price includes one of the upstairs unfurnished rooms and the upstairs private bathroom—as well as access to the rest of the house and its amenities. Water, electric, high speed wifi (mbps), and pest control are included in the flat rate. This is in an HOA community so also includes access to a pool, shuffle boards, tennis courts, and plenty of parking. Must have renters insurance, ability to make a deposit of half the first month’s rent, and no pets allowed.

This property is right off of Palm Bay located near Hammock Landing, beaches, and mins away from major employers like Northrop Grumman.

As a roommate I’m quiet and clean / LGBTQ+ friendly / Female looking for any roommate that I vibe with / I work from p and don’t mind people working from home.
