Room for Rent Immediately

Space Overview:
-1 bedroom for 1 person. Would consider a couple, but the rent would be higher to accommodate utilities.
- Semi-private bathroom (the shower is shared with 1 other person, but the throne and sink are all yours) Open to accommodating a private bathroom, but rent would be higher.
- $/mo including all utilities + internet, and some streaming services.
- Must be okay with dogs (and occasionally dog hair in the shared areas, but never in your room)
- No other pets/no smoking/no drug use. My job requires a background investigation so I absolutely can’t allow drugs of any kind in my home - even the harmless fun ones. Trust me, it’s a bummer for both of us.
- Access to: 1 parking spot, kitchen, laundry, living room, large yard.
- LGBTQ+ safe Looking for a temporary roomie for the next months (lease required). About me: Thirty something woman. I’m at work M-F and gone most of the day. In the evenings and on weekends I like to be home mostly. My brother also lives here so you would actually be getting two roomies, plus the dogs :). It’s usually us and the dogs just chillin’. You are more than welcome to hang out with us, or if you prefer time to yourself we would totally respect that too.
