Description

My apartment is in the heart of downtown, close to the college, MUSC, and within walking distance of some of the hottest restaurants and bars. It is has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is square feet It features amenities such as a porch (with a swing!), a newly renovated bathroom, air conditioning and heating, a Washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. There is off-street parking in the back, but if you prefer on-street parking, it is also available. The bedroom is completely unfurnished and includes a walk-in closet, tons of natural light, and a door to access the porch. The rest of the house is furnished, but that doesn't mean I'm not open to redecorating and rearranging to blend our styles. The rent is not including utilities. Move in as soon as possible.
