Room for rent. Private bathroom

Hi I’m looking for a roommate for my bathroom townhome in Flour Bluff. I’m a year old male. The place is about sqft, tile downstairs, carpet upstairs in the rooms. You would get your own bathroom right by your room. For many reasons, I’m barely there at the house. If I am there, I’m usually just sleeping after work. I’m very chill, easy to work with/live with. There is garage parking as well. It really is a nice place, it’s just been very slow at work lately so the rent is getting harder to pay.
