Looking for a New Sublet

Hello, I am looking for a third flatmate to join a BT apartment. The rent is $/month plus utilities (apx.). No security deposit or broker fee needed. Only the first month payment is required. Looking for a October 1 move in date.

The apartment has a bathroom ensuite that is shared between the rooms. The apartment comes with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer unit, and AC. The location is next to two grocery stores and public transpotation (Red Line).

Both me and the other sublet are nice people who tend to keep to themselves. Both of us have busy schedules, so we wont be in the apartment much. We are looking for someone who can help pay the bills and keep the apartment clean.
