Temporary Home Life Manager Needed in Exchange for Room & Board and other living accommodations* Couples, Students and families welcome

*Duration:* months ( longer if needed)

*Job Summary:*

Busy multipreneur seeking a reliable and organized individual to serve as a Home/Life Manager in exchange for a furnished room and meals. The ideal candidate will assist with various household tasks, pet care, and errands, with a flexible schedule that accommodates other job opportunities or gigs.

*Responsibilities:*

- Deep clean and maintain the home's organization and cleanliness
- Pet care: walk dog 2 times a week
- Laundry: wash and fold weekly
- Meal prep: plan and prepare meals using available ingredients, including cutting, juicing, and marinating
- Yard work: complete 2 projects and maintain yard upkeep
- Errands: weekly shopping, driving to appointments, and potential out-of-town travel within the state (up to hours of driving on travel days
- Admin tasks: manage billing, budget, accounts, and other administrative needs of the home (admin and clerical skills preferred)

*Accommodations:*

- Furnished room on 2nd floor with access to private bathroom and entertainment den

- Meals provided

*Compensation:*

- Room and board
- Bonus pay and additional compensation available

*Requirements:*

- Reliable and organized individual with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Admin and clerical skills preferred
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Physical ability to perform yard work and other tasks as needed

*Schedule:*

- Flexible schedule around other job opportunities or gigs
- Initial deep cleaning week, followed by ongoing maintenance , tasks and projects assigned.
