I’m looking for someone to take over my room lease with Cohabs, starting the th of September. I’m moving out to be closer to campus, but this has been a great place to live—the housemates are super friendly, and the area has great train and bus connections.

💸 Rent: $/month (all utilities included: WiFi, water, electricity)
📍 Location: Bed-Stuy (postal code ) – just a -minute walk from the A/C line
🗓 Lease: Minimum 2 months, renewable directly with Cohabs
👥 Coliving setup: Private furnished bedroom + shared kitchens, living rooms, laundry, coworking space, and a small gym. Bathroom shared with one other person. The house is mostly young professionals, but students are welcome too!
🛋 Move-in ready: Fully furnished—just bring your bags! (I can even leave some bedding if you’d like to make it completely turnkey.)
