Lease Takeover – Bath Condo – Available Nov 1 on the corner of Timberline and Drake

I’m looking for someone to take over my half of the lease for a bath condo, just over sq. ft. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom (the room shown in the photo) for $/month.

The lease runs through the end of July , with the option to renew if you’d like to stay longer.

You’ll be living with one roommate — a mid-s young professional woman who is down-to-earth, easy to live with, and looking for a like-minded roommate (preferably female).

The condo is spacious, well-kept, and conveniently located. There is currently one older cat living here, and we’re open to potential pets moving in too if it’s a good fit.

The room in the photo is the one available just without all the things in there, and move-in is November 1st (I’m moving due to an unexpected job opportunity).
