Howdy! I’ve got space available in my big, quirky house here in Placitas and I’m looking for the right renter. The place is super unique, lots of charm, and the views of the Sandias, Cabezon and the night sky are incredible.

• Private bedroom & bathroom – Approx SF furnished with queen bed, loveseat, table with four chairs, easy chair, bookcase, side table and huge closet. Private entrance is possible.
• Shared spaces include large well-equipped kitchen, great room and laundry room, huge sunroom perfect for morning coffee along with a large covered deck.
• Fast internet, plenty of parking. No cable or satellite TV, streaming services only.
• Tons of peace and quiet (but only min to ABQ or Santa Fe)
I’m hoping to find someone who is chill, clean, and liberal — bonus points if you love nature, art, or just soaking up desert sunsets. Must tolerate cats and cannabis! I go to bed early, get up early and work from home. I would prefer a morning person over a night owl.
