Room for rent in house

My current roommate Is moving out and I’m looking for a sublet to rent a room in a NE house right next to pine nursery park. It’s centrally located to access the parkway or to conveniently get to other areas of town.

Rent is $ including utilities. Available October 1st.

1 bed- private bath- dedicated parking- additional room same size as bedroom for t.v/ chillin… your own full size refrigerator

I would like someone who is clean, quiet and respectful and has no pets as there is already a dog.

The private room will come with a private bath that’s only shared to guests on occasion.

I am open to sharing the spare room as an extra living room space for you if that is something that’s needed.

I like to watch tv often in the lvrm 🙂

The house also has a nice back yard! I like to set up in the spring for an outdoor living area.

You would need to help with house maintenance.. things like mowing, light snow shoveling, trash to the street and regular cleaning. All things that come with house living.
