Looking for a roommate!

Hi! I have a bedroom available in my 3 bedroom apartment near UVM campus, and am looking for someone who’d like to fill the room. Rent is $ before utilities, which usually makes the total an average of $ per person (may fluctuate up or down). The room is spacious, has a nice closet, and balcony access. The apartment has a dishwasher and 2 private balconies, plenty of natural light, laundry in the building just next door, and easy access to free street parking. Preferably no pets but cats may be considered if they are an ESA.

You’d be living with me (Carolyn), f, and Tom, m. Both of us are UVM students. I work two jobs, and I love all things artsy and creative. In my free time I love to thrift, explore new places, and chill out drawing on my ipad. Tom is a DPT student and loves running in his free time. Both of us are pretty quiet and busy people, and respectful and clean roommates. We are very communicative and prefer to talk about issues as they come up. We’re looking for someone to move in as soon as September , but anytime after then until October 1 would also work. Shoot me a message if you’re interested!
