I am looking for someone to take over my lease with Bricktowne at Piper in Ankeny, which ends in April . The unit is on the second floor and includes a private garage. The monthly rent Is $. There is a $ application fee you would need to fill out, but I am willing to cover the $ deposit for you.

I would like for you to take over the lease starting October 1st. If you would like to renew the lease after it ends, that is absolutely an option but not a requirement.

The building allows for pets and has tons of outdoor walking area for you. Internet and cable is free. The company they use is ICS, and the free speed is Mb/s. You can upgrade to a month if you need to. There's a washer and dryer in the unit. The stove and heating is all electric.
