Looking for a new roommate to join our lively and welcoming household in the heart of Adams Morgan, on the s block of California Street NW. Just steps away from th street with access to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in DC! We are a co-ed group of roommates, mostly in our mid-s to early s, and we love to make the most of our time together with dinner parties, board game nights, and spontaneous group trips. There’s always something happening, but we also value quiet, private moments when needed.
About Us: We’re a friendly group of young professionals who appreciate a good balance between socializing and respecting each other's space. If you're into cooking, hosting themed parties, or enjoying the occasional late-night karaoke session, you'll fit right in! We're a no-pets household, so please keep that in mind. This is a very strong community and has made my years in DC nothing short of incredible, and I am happy to have been part of it.

About the House:
Move-in: September th
Rent: ~$/month, utilities (water, energy, wifi) ~/month
Bedroom: Room on the last floor, with lots of windows and access to a balcony through a window (shared with another roommate). The bathroom is only shared with a single roommate.

Shared Spaces: Large living room with plethora of streaming subscriptions, fully-equipped kitchen with nearly every appliance imaginable, and a cozy dining area.
Outdoor Spaces: Large back deck, perfect for relaxing or hosting summer BBQs. Front stoop optimal for neighborly interactions.
Transport: min walk to U Street Metro (Green Line) and Dupont Metro (Red Line)
