About the room (utilities will be separate from rent and will be divided amongst the roomies)

House is BRAND NEW! bath! You would be the first to live in this space. The room is ft with a sliding door closet amd recessed lighting. The bathroom is shared, but you will have your own sink and cabinet space. You will also have 4 additional cabinet spaces and a drawer available to you in the kitchen, plus a shelf in the fridge and freezer. All appliances are new. AC throughout the house and Security sensors to protect us.

7 miles to the Antioch Bart Station! Easy access to the Bay Area! Great for traveling nurses with nearby Kaiser, John Muir, and Brentwood Health Center!

About the roomies

Landlords: We are professionals in our low to mid s who just purchased the property. One works graveyard shift outside the property, while one has flexible hours working from home in a separated office space. We also have a young Samoyed doggo who loves all people and pets!

Roomie: She is also a professional in her s who works hybrid at home/in-office. She has a young Doxie who’s a bit shy, but also quite nice.

Everyone can be pretty outgoing, but also very respectful. If you want to come hang out, feel free! If you want your own space, we’d like to accommodate and respect your wishes!

Just wanted to note: we will have my extended family who visit or stay with us every few months. They will only mainly use the master bathroom and the half bathroom during their stay with me.
