I’m looking for a roommate! You’ll have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom, but since I’m hardly ever home, you’ll basically have the bathroom and kitchen to yourself.

The home is a clean and comfortable space (unfurnished), and the rent includes electricity and water.

You must be dog friendly — I have a crate-trained dog who stays mostly in her crate and won’t be a bother.
