Hello, my name is Paloma. I’m looking for 2 housemates to apply to this open apartment in Oakland. It’s located one block away from the lake at Bellevue Ave. I’m hoping to find two other female housemates who are clean and organized, in their s and like cats. I am , part time student and a full time server. I have two older cats that love to cuddle. They’re not pet friendly so I’m looking for someone without pets. I love a good pinterest board for inspiration, colors, plants and cute rugs.
About the apartment:
Move-in date would be September .
There are 3 bedrooms, all with lots of light. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, so no more laundromat! A huge kitchen with huge windows. We won’t need to turn on lights in the apt from how much sun it gets. Rent is $, I would love to take the biggest room and pay $, leaving the other two rooms at $ each. Landlord covers trash and water so we would split PGE and internet.
