SPRING/SUMMER SUBLEASE

Hi! My roommate and I are looking to sublease our apartment for Spring (January–May), with the option to extend through the summer. We live in the James ( W Gorham St.) in a bathroom apartment with two twin beds (Perfect for two roommates looking to move second semester!)

Our apartment is spacious with lots of natural light and includes:

• In-unit laundry

• Stainless steel kitchen appliances

• Fully furnished living spaces

• Heating & A/C

• Access to all building amenities: fitness center, rooftop areas, study lounges, sauna/steam room, and pool

The James is a wonderful location on campus, and just a two minute walk to State Street making it super convenient for classes, coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Rent is discounted and negotiable, and I’d love to discuss your budget + utilities.
