Upstairs bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs but both are unoccupied and we do not plan on having more than one renter for the upstairs area. Bathroom is located upstairs with sink, shower and toilet. Downstairs area is fully furnished, dinning table, living room furniture and tv, kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots pans plates and cups. I live in the downstairs bedroom with my boyfriend, we are both . We do have 3 cats and one Shiba Inu, all are friendly. Washer and dryer are located in kitchen area. We have internet we pay for and share. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. We will pay all utilities, the rent is flat each month. If interested please contact me
