We are two young entrepreneurial guys in our early s that moved to Sydney from Sunshine Coast, Qld. We are in the early phases of starting our own company here in Sydney.

Looking for another young, driven house mate to share this space with us. We currently hold the lease on this awesome 4 bedroom house here in Abbotsford in the inner-west, close by to shops and public transport. We both work pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays.

We are looking for someone who is a non-smoker, , and can provide their own basic furniture, as the room will come unfurnished. We are both active, clean and tidy and very motivated individuals (this is not a party house lol)
The room we have available for rent is in a tidy, well-kept four-bedroom house in Sydney's Inner West. The home includes a lovely pool and is conveniently located near the Parramatta River and public transport.
