Description

I have a single room upstairs in my townhome. It is small (ft) and the bathroom outside of your door is shared. There is a dresser available (if needed), but you must bring your own bed! Carpets will be freshly cleaned upon move-in.

I am a year old retired electrician, and I suffer from seizures, so my speech and mental processing is a bit delayed, as well as my hearing. We have one other roommate who is in her mid-fifties, very warm and welcoming, and she mostly stays to herself. We are a -friendly household.
