Looking for a female roommate to share a cozy two-bedroom basement apartment.

The spacious room is furnished with a bed, a mattress, a closet, a nightstand, and a mirror. The bathroom and kitchen are shared (with one person).

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, the following rules have been put in place:

* no male visitors (no exceptions)
* no overnight female guests
* minimal cooking
* maintaining shared spaces clean (e.g., no dirty dishes in the sink).

I am clean, friendly, and quiet and keep to myself.
