• Private, fully furnished bedroom (smart TV, hybrid memory foam queen mattress, queen bed storage frame, a nightstand, a dresser and an electric fireplace!) with your own private bathroom
• Shared common spaces: living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room (I am working on a workout room upstairs too)
• Parking available in the driveway and on the street
• Quiet, safe neighborhood not far from everything


House Rules:
• No smoking of any kind
• Pets: a small, well-behaved dog might be considered with an extra deposit

About me:
I own and operate a wax salon in North Raleigh that keeps me busy. I have three small dogs (2 dachshunds and a corgi). I love to do yard work, garden, interior design and occasionally cook. I'm pretty easy going and chill.

About you:
I’m looking for someone who has minimal drama, knows how to be tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
