The house is fully furnished so if you don't have much because you're just starting out or starting over no worries. Plenty of dishes and kitchen gadgets that are shared. Generally speaking other than yourself and your personal belongings you don't need to bring much to be comfortable. Other than groceries there's no need to stress about getting extra things to be able to live comfortably here. The bathroom is shared in the way of it's the only one with a bathtub but other than that it's yours and for guests.
