It is cozy and conveniently located near shopping centers, gyms, and just minutes from San Jose International Airport. Roommates are expected to tidy up after using shared spaces, help with light household chores, and provide their own toiletries and personal items.

We are looking for a clean, considerate working professional who values a positive living environment. Background check at renter’s expense and proof of income or employment are required; references are optional. Lease term of months preferred, with month-to-month available afterward with -day notice. $ security deposit due upon approval, refundable if no damages. Sorry, no pets.
