We are currently 3 people living here, a female and 2 male both over ’s, full time employed and we don't spend lot's of time at home. We are looking for the fourth roommate and we prefer a girl or somebody with same lifestyle. The house is spacious, kitchen equipped with everything, dish washer, pantries, a large tv and an outdoor space with spa, bbq and outdoor lounge. The room is provided with a queen size bed, a built in wardrobe and there are sheets and blankets and all you have to bring are your clothes and your food!
The rent is $ for week, 3weeks of bond and 3 weeks of rent in advance, 3 months minimum stay and 3 weeks of notice before leave. Bills and wifi included.
