Room has new flooring, ceiling fan, walk in closet, and attached bathroom (Jack & Jill style-shared with other renter) with your own sink/vanity cabinet. No smoking/pets, looking for (1) renter. Room is not furnished, but can be upon request and if needed. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Living room is large with beautiful mountain views all around. Laundry room with washer and dryer is available to use. We have a dog and require that no additional pets are allowed. No smoking indoors, smoking outside is okay.
