fees may apply for pets and special situations, all
negotiable. Flexible move in dates between September 1 and October 1.

There are two spaces available in the split level home. One is a private lower level with a private entrance, private bathroom, and 1 included garage parking space. The other option includes TWO small bedrooms upstairs, and a private bathroom, ideal for someone who requires a home office, or a private entertainment space. The middle level is the kitchen, balcony, primary living room, shared laundry and powder room. This would be a common space, cleaned and maintained by everyone.
