SPRING SEMESTER SUBLEASE!!
Hi! I am subleasing my bedroom in a house on th street. It is the cutest house that is perfect walking distance to the hill and campus. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge kitchen and living room with a great backyard and 4 parking spots. The attached photos are of my room and my bathroom which is right down the hall. (The paint on the walls will be fixed by the landlord) My room is on the first floor and I have installed a door handle with passcode entry to ensure safety. The bed is a full and there is an AC unit in the room. Please message me if you have more questions or want to see other parts of the house. Also if you have other friends looking to sublease as well, me and all 5 of my roommates will be subleasing! The rent is negotiable.
