• Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry with other tenants
• Private entrance and plenty of street parking
• The rooms are not furnished, but the common areas are fully furnished (including stove, fridge, laundry machine, etc.)
• Central AC/Heating

Utilities:
• PG&E: Half covered by the landlord, the other half is split evenly among all tenants
• All other utilities are included (WiFi, water, garbage, gardening, etc.)

Availability:
• Available starting September 1st
• Rent is $ per month.
• Security deposit is one month's rent
