I am a year old man with a full time job. I am friendly but for the most part I keep to myself when home. My other roommate is a male in his ’s who works full time. So in total, there will be three of us living in the home. I have 2 mini golden doodles and they aren’t in the common areas. I am looking for a responsible individual with a steady income and who doesn't have an issue cleaning up after themselves.

We are close to restaurants, convenient stores and grocery stores. Roughly min from the strip. There is no smoking. Located right next to Santa Fe Station. You must have good credit, have full time employment, be able to provide pay stubs, not have any previous evictions and put down a security deposit of $ plus first month's rent upon moving. Driveway or street Parking is available. No pets and no couples. Room is furnished.
