Roommate Needed, Must like dogs.

I have a room available in my house. Looking for a roommate who likes dogs since I have two of my own but they do not like other pets so you can’t have a pet. Rent is hundred a month and utilities are split between all roommates. There is currently four of us looking for a fifth. You would have a private room but shared bathroom with two other guys. The house is fully furnished but the room is not. There is driveway parking and street parking available. In order to move in you would need first month’s rent and a deposit of hundred that would be reimbursed when you move out unless you cause damage to the house/room.
