• One woman (former postdoc, now U-M staff) and two well-behaved school-aged kids (part-time).
• Our bedrooms and second bath are upstairs—your bedroom and bath are on the main floor.
• Household is friendly, peaceful, and fairly quiet most of the week. My kids and I only watch TV/movies upstairs.

• Downtown Dexter, miles from U-M/Ann Arbor ( min drive)
• Walk to cafés, library, parks, farmers market, concerts, and more
• One block from the paved B2B Trail (Huron River access)

• Seeking female roommate, or a mom with one child (young enough to share a room).
• Small gatherings welcome.
• No pets. No smoking or vaping (tobacco or marijuana), due to smoke allergies.
• One year lease preferred (school-year flexibility okay)
• Start date: Sept 1 or later
