Hi there! I’m Rafe, and I’m looking for a roommate here in Chapel Hill to share my .5-bath home.

A bit about me: I’m in my s and run a full-time real estate media business, so weekdays are usually busy. I like to stay active, cook at home, and balance my time between home life and occasionally going out.

The available bedroom is a nice size, and we’ll share the main bathroom plus there’s a half bath. There’s off-street parking, and the house is in a great spot—super close to UNC and with easy access to I-, so it’s really convenient for getting around.

I’m looking for a roommate between , someone laid-back and respectful. I do request a background check just so we’re both comfortable. HOA does not allow pets.
