Room is fifteen feet by eleven feet, the closet is feet wide by three feet deep. House has A/C, washer and dryer, garage gym, fully stocked kitchen, and driveway parking. Utilities and wifi included in price.

Any decor in the bedroom or bathroom that doesn't work for you can be removed.

Townhome is located in the middle of a quiet, clean neighborhood with large, beautiful homes. House enjoys a quiet, calm vibe with a large, fluffy dog who prefers to keep to himself. Looking for a non-smoker who also enjoys a calm vibe and having animals in the home.

It's just me and my dog in the house. I am a relatively clean, working professional who is also completing my graduate degree on the side. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, traveling, and hanging with my dog.
