I have a spacious two bedroom home with an extra room for rent. No credit check no background check must pay utility deposit and security deposit.You have your own entrance with a separate door that leads to your private entrance. We share a bathroom and a kitchen all utilities included. The utilities are already on and all in my name. We split them evenly. They included rent, electricity, water, trash, gas & internet. You will have full use of my kitchen and all the things you will need to cook your own meals. Such as pots, pans, utensils, etc.
