- Furnished with a bed, desk and chair. The chair and desk can be moved out if you’re bringing your own.
- Assigned parking next to the unit. Plenty of street parking as well.
- Quite neighborhood about 5 min drive from Everett Mall, I-5 ramp is even closer.
- Utilities include: Water, electricity, garbage, WiFi, some common supplies (toilet paper & trash liners in kitchens).

Applicant Requirements:
- Must have proof of income, or a parent co-signer with good credit
- No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs (including marijuana)
- No pets
- Single occupancy only (no room sharing)
- No loud parties, music, or gatherings ( quiet guests only)
- Must clean up immediately after using shared spaces
- No weapons/firearms on premises
- No prior evictions

Move-In Costs:
- First & last month’s rent + utilities
- two hundred $ security deposit (fully refundable upon exit inspection)
- forty $ one time application & screening fee (background & credit check)
