Hello!

I am seeking a roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment in RINO - Denver!

I have lived here for a year and love this complex so much. The office management/maintenance is amazing and the price is great for all of the amenities - gym (use it x per week), pool, hot tub, gorgeous rooftop, dog wash, conference room space, dog park/pickleball/basketball courts. I use these all so frequently that I really feel like I am able to enjoy what I am for. Most of all I feel safe living here, even taking my dog out at pm. We are also near the Rockies Stadium and a min walk from downtown bars.

Rent: $ per month
Additionals: WiFi, Utilities, additional parking space adds $ per month on average
Move in/sign lease - End of September/Early October
You would apply through the apartment complex and they would verify your info, income, etc.

I have lived in Colorado for a year and a half now. I am year old lab mix, Luna. I work a hybrid schedule for a non-profit, so working from home days per week and days in the office. I am typically out on weekends taking advantage of all the beautiful hiking with my dog, doing a sports league (starting soccer this Sunday), or spending time with my boyfriend/friends/family.

Luna is super friendly and we would love a pal fo her to hang with. I am looking to live with a positive, respectful, responsible young adult who is ready to thrive alongside me in our shared space! Open to friendship but also respecting one another’s space, boundaries, all the things.
